1. Strictly No “Refund Only” Policy

To ensure fairness, protect our business operations, and prevent fraud, Bulk Fitness strictly prohibits “Refund Only” options.

  • No Free Keeps: We do not issue refunds for items that the customer keeps.
  • Mandatory Return: To receive a refund, you must physically return the item to our warehouse.
  • No Exceptions: This policy applies to all circumstances. Even if you receive an incorrect, defective, or unwanted item, a full physical return is required before any financial compensation is processed.

2. Eligibility Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return and subsequent refund, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Time Limit: You must initiate the return request within 30 days from the date you received the item.
  • Item Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging, with all original tags, labels, and accessories still attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, personalized or custom products, and certain personal care items (such as fitness apparel undergarments or supplements with broken safety seals) cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are completely non-refundable.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, defective, or because we shipped the wrong product, Bulk Fitness will cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label via email. However, the physical item must still be returned to us; a “refund only” without returning the item remains strictly prohibited.
