1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our central facilities.

  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Mexican national holidays) after your payment is successfully verified.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST) will be processed starting on the following business day.
  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods, such as holidays, sales events, or product launches, processing times may be extended to 4 to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

You will receive an automated confirmation email once your order is successfully placed, and another email containing tracking details once the package leaves our warehouse.


2. Shipping Destinations and Carrier Partners

We ship locally within Mexico and internationally to select global destinations.

  • Local Shipments: Based out of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, we provide extensive domestic coverage using trusted local carriers such as Estafeta, DHL México, and FedEx México.
  • International Shipments: We offer international shipping to major global markets using DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases. A valid physical residential or business address is strictly required for successful delivery.


3. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary depending on the destination, weight of the package, and the selected shipping method. Total shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Within Mexico)

  • Standard Shipping: Costs vary by weight; estimated delivery takes 3 to 7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Costs vary by weight; estimated delivery takes 1 to 2 business days.

International Shipping

  • Standard International: Estimated delivery takes 10 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.
  • Express International: Estimated delivery takes 3 to 5 business days via premium air couriers.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not strictly guaranteed. Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, logistical constraints, or customs inspections.


4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For all international orders shipping outside of Mexico:

  • Customer Responsibility: The recipient is the importer of record. You are solely responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, VAT, tariffs, or brokerage fees levied by your destination country.
  • Policy on Fees: These additional charges are completely separate from our shipping fees and are collected directly by your local customs office or the courier service upon delivery. kcg s.a. de c.v has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they will be.
  • Refused Packages: If you refuse an international shipment due to import taxes or customs duties, the carrier will return the package to us. In this case, all original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and processing penalties will be deducted from your potential product refund.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will contain a unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website.

Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier’s portal after receiving your link. You can track your package’s progress in real-time until it arrives at your doorstep.


6. Incorrect Delivery Addresses and Undeliverable Packages

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% complete and accurate. Please double-check your street name, building number, apartment/suite number, postal code, and contact phone number (+52 444 209 0120 or your specific number).
  • Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at vyrna@kcgstore.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot change or modify shipping addresses once the package has been handed over to the courier.
  • Reshipping Fees: If a package is returned to our facility because of an incorrect address, an incomplete address, or multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier, the customer must pay the full cost of reshipping the item to a corrected address.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos or videos of the exterior packaging and the inner contents before opening it. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at vyrna@kcgstore.com.
  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors, building management, or local delivery hub first. If the package remains missing, notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will open a formal investigation with the carrier to help locate your items.
